SQL> SHUTDOWN IMMEDIATE;
SQL> STARTUP RESTRICT;
SQL> ALTER SYSTEM SET JOB_QUEUE_PROCESSES=0;
System altered.
SQL> ALTER SYSTEM SET AQ_TM_PROCESSES=0;
System altered.
SQL> ALTER DATABASE CHARACTER SET AL32UTF8;
SQL> SHUTDOWN IMMEDIATE;
SQL> STARTUP;
